Am I going to get what I ordered?

Yes! We ship very quickly. All packages have a tracking number. 99% of the time, your order will arrive quickly, and you will find everything you ordered packed safely in the shipping box.

If your order does not arrive in a timely manner, simply contact  us by or call us at (951) 506-5990 during normal business hours and we will take care of it.

If you do not receive everything you ordered and paid for (the invoice will be enclosed with your order), simply contact us or call us at (951) 506-5990 during normal business hours and we will take care of it.

If you received the wrong item (the invoice will be enclosed with your order), simply contact  us or call us at (951) 506-5990 during normal business hours and we will take care of it.

If an item you ordered arrives already damaged, simply contact us or call us at (951) 506-5990 during normal business hours and we will replace it. (Sense a trend here?)

I ordered a downloadable product. Where do I download it?

When you purchased your product, you created an account that you can login from our website. Login and you will notice the "Your Profile" button in the upper right corner. Click to view your profile, where you will see in the menu to your left. Click on "View Downloadables" and your list of purchased downloadables will be be displayed. Click on the videos to view them online or download them; if you purchased an e-book or other downloadable file, you can download them from the link.

Also, be sure to explore your profile for tracking your Reward Points, Credits, Gift Certificates, as well as your Wishlist for previous orders and current information. 

Will I be able to do the trick I ordered?

We are constantly adjusting our product descriptions to reflect our customers' experiences. We have already sold dozens- even thousands- of any particular trick and/or effect and the purchasers before you have been very happy with these tricks. All tricks come with instructions. Some Magic tricks and/or effects are harder to perform and may require certain “skill levels”. All Magic tricks require practice! We can recommend a book and/or a DVD that you may consider purchasing to give you more detail about the handling of a particular effect. If you have questions about the handling of any trick or effect you purchase, or have any problems with it, you can contact  us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we'll be happy to assist you.

Will I like what I ordered?

We certainly hope so! We are careful to offer tricks that are entertaining for both the Magician and the Spectator. Our tricks have received an enthusiastic "seal of approval" from many satisfied customers, but buying Magic is not like buying clothing at Sears. Everybody wears clothing; not everybody is cut out to be a Magician, but we can help you decide if Magic is the hobby for you.
